Booking Notes A £100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. A £50 key/breakages deposit is also required at this time. The total £150 deposit does not form part of the rental payment which is due 12 weeks prior to stay. The £150 will be retained until return of the key and damage inspection of the property after your holiday. A welcome pack can be made available on request.
